How to Redeem Gift Cards

Follow these simple steps to redeem your gift cards on any platform. Most redemptions take less than 2 minutes.

Locate Your Gift Card Code

After purchase, you'll receive your gift card via email and WhatsApp. The email contains a unique 16-20 digit code along with a PIN (if required). You can also find all your purchased gift cards in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Visit the Brand's Website or App

Go to the official website or open the mobile app of the brand you purchased the gift card for. Most brands have a "Gift Card" or "Wallet" section in their menu. Look for "Redeem Gift Card" or "Add Gift Card" option.

Enter Your Gift Card Details

Carefully enter your gift card code in the designated field. Some brands may also require a PIN which is provided alongside the main code. Double-check the code before submitting to avoid errors.

Common Issues

  • Remove spaces if auto-filled incorrectly
  • Distinguish between 0 (zero) and O (letter)
  • Ensure Caps Lock is not on unnecessarily
